Help us have a peace of mind

Hello everyone I’m sure your wondering what this is about and why is she starting her own go fund me account? 

Let me tell you why?

As most of you may know our son Hudson David Elliott was born 13 weeks early at 26 weeks gestation at Mount-Sinai in Toronto.  He was admitted in the Nicu (neonatal intensive care unit)  February 22nd. Hudson is now 37 weeks corrected which is considered a full term. He is getting closer to transitioning to a level 2 hospital closer to home or he may get discharged straight home. This is bringing a lot of anxiety to us as parents of an extreme preemie that we don’t think we will be able to get any rest once Hudson is finally home and that could be detrimental to our health and to our family. 

We we have spoken to some veteran NICU parents and have heard of the Owlet smart sock. We have been told this is an amazing product and would like to purchase it for a peace of mind for when baby Hudson comes home. 
This is quite expensive but I feel it would bring us so much relief as parents to be able to sleep knowing if Hudson’s heart rate drops or oxygen levels we will be notified. 

We would be willing to do anything we can to help ensure our sons safety at home  

please we are asking for some help any bit of $ will be greatly appreciated. We have been on quite a tight financial leash these past few weeks it has not been easy. Not only financially but emotionally as well
