Help to get to Washington D.C

Hello, this is a very serious issue that would change the future of my personal and family life.  In July 2004, I was discharged from the U.S. Navy for personal reasons, while stationed in Cuba, that I which to not go into. After almost 13 years of submitting documents and filing paperwork with Washington County, MN, I received a letter saying I would have to personally appear in Washington Navy Yard, Washington DC. So with your help I would be able to fly out, sleep over night, eat and get a ride to and from my hotel.  If you can help, it would ease the stress of finding funds that we do not have for this to happen or not even be able to go out there to testify in front of the board. Thank you for the help. This is an opportunity for me to fight a discharge that never should have happened. The O-6 that discharged me, went under investigation for doing this to other service members on the base. He was then "retired" in late 2005.
