Help The New Times (Russian media)

On October 26th, The New Times, one of Russia`s few independent media outlets, was fined 22, 250,000 rubles (about 450,000 CAD; 330,000 USD) by a justice of the peace in Moscow.  This unprecedented fine threatens the existence of the The New Times and undermines media freedom in Russia, according to Council of Europe Secretary General, Thorbjørn Jagland (https://www.coe.int/en/web/portal/-/excessive-fine-for-the-new-times-endangers-media-pluralism-and-press-freedom-in-russia)
