Help Riley get a name change!

Hi! I'm Riley, a 21 year old trans gal that's real sick of using a boy's name for legal stuff. It's confusing, embarrassing, distressing, and a general pain to deal with when you have to use multiple names, constantly scrutinize which things you have to use what name for, put one name on forms but have to constantly ask people to use a different name, etc.

Unfortunately this is not a process which I currently have the money for on top of hormone therapy and other transition-related costs. But if I can file the paperwork before my 22nd birthday, Aug. 2, I will not have to pay for a background check in addition to the filing fees. 

The fees I'd need to pay to get my most important documents changed:
~$180 for filing a name change
$65 for publication fee
$9 to change drivers license

Additional (but still important!) docs:
$50 to change birth certificate
$110 to change US passport

Any little help to make at least the initial filing fees affordable before August is deeply appreciated!
