Remove Repair & Rebuild FAMILY home

HOARDERS of rubbish have absolutely destroyed my sisters NSW home!!
A seemingly genuine, kind and well spoken lady and her two children aged 16 and 14 applied to live in my sisters home. She had a rather tough and exposed back story and my sister wanted to do anything she could to help this lady and her family get back into good spirits. So naturally, everything checked out with the lady and she moved into my sisters place.
A cute 2 bedroom, recently renovated home, fully furnished is now completely trashed and unrecognisable in the space of months.
They had 4 cats, 2 rabbits and an abundance of mice living in the home. The stench in that house is nauseating and repulsive. How could anyone live in that, let alone let their children live like that?
My sister is a single parent to 3 beautiful young girls who gave up her own home to a struggling family.
She does not have the finances to cover the cost of the clean up, let alone the damage done to her home.
The cost to remove the RUBBISH alone has exceeded $10,000. And that is the cheapest quote she recieved.
I cannot imagine the cost to gut, repair and replace the entire inside including new bathroom, kitchen, laundry and the furniture.
