Help me to get my babies back

I made application to the family court nearly four years ago to consolidate access with my youngest children. My ex was not allowing me and the kids to have any involvement with each other during "her time". Her response to my application was to make allegations that I'd been molesting our children. I have never been charged or even interviewed regarding these allegations. The Socit records clearly state that the children made no disclosures, and that the mother's attitude and demeanour were " strange and most likely designed to cause advantage in her upcoming family law matter". The matter itself by the nature of the allegations, was placed on the Magellan list of the family court, and the kids and I didn't see each other for three years. In September 2016, I finally got to trial, my barrister (who cost $5500 per day) told me I had a very strong case. Two days into the hearing, it became apparent to the judge that the trial would run well over the allocated 5 days set aside. She recommended to adjourn and the next available court date was over 12 months away. My barrister advised me to approach my ex with consent orders, giving her sole parenting,residency and I begin seeing the children every weekend in increasing blocks of time. She refused to allow anything but changeover at a contact centre, which I agreed to. Consequently, she has again withdrawn contact on a whim and the kids now call her partner Dad, and its been another six months since we've seen each other. I need help. Please help me to afford legal representation. This injustice and abuse of process is destroying my babies, and causing untold distress to me, their father.
In January 2016, I severed three fingers in a drop saw accident. Unfortunately, I was helping a friend to get himself out of trouble by renovating His house so it could be sold at a reasonable profit, and had no compensation. He had no house insurance either, so I was left unable to work for the past 14 months. I saw none of the profit he made. More fool me! This is not a sob story, or a poor me statement, it is a plea for help. Please help me, I have no resources financial or otherwise to continue this fight. I promised the kids I wouldn't give up fighting for them, but I dont know what else to do. I'm not capable of appropriately representing myself and my children at this level. I need senior counsel with experience in these matters to make a stand firstly for myself and my family, but for all the other fathers who are also victims of the all too common "molestation ploy" in the Australian family court system. Its dishonest, unjust, unkind and costs fathers their children and children the opportunity of growing up with their dad
