Help me support my grandkids

Most of my friends and family already know we have been supporting and raising our 3 grandchildren Jordan (10), XXXXXXXXX (4) and XXXXXX (3) since spring of 2015 (nearly 2 years now). This has put an emmense strain on our finainces not only from the cost of the children but also it has limited both of our ability to work and earn as we would normally.
For the last 5 months we have been going through the process of becoming state licensed foster care which will afford us some financial help, but this has proven to be a lengthy process with many expenses related to the process which we have had to cover. For instance the latest being told we have to replace our septic tank to the tune of $2500 because its current capacity does not meet current code. We have reached a point where I just can not go any further in debt hoping that this licensing process is completed.
So we are asking for any help you might be able to spare...
