Help me make new friends

Writing this and asking for help is something I find very hard to do, but I’m left with no choice.
I recently had to move my youngest son from the only place he knew to a place totally different than what he is used to. My hope was that he could finally go to a yeshiva, instead of a school where he was the only Jewish child.
My son is 13 years old and has always been different than other children. He has a heart of gold and all he wants is a friend to play with. But he has major learning and social challenges, which limits his friends, and which has caused him to be the target of major bullying. The sad truth is that the boys in yeshiva chose to mock him and his name to the point that he had a melt down in school, and was told he can’t return until a doctor will sign a letter stating he won’t melt down again. But as the school could not guarantee that the other children won’t bully him I of course could not guarantee that another melt down won’t occur. Once again, I have been forced to send my son to a public school where he is the only Jewish child in his program.
When we were still in Pennsylvania I was home before him and was able to help him with everything he needed. Sadly, due to our needs and expenses, I now don't get home until 4 hours after he does. As much as it pains me to admit it, it is really hard for him to come home without his mom waiting for him
In researching to help my child, I have found a camp that I feel will give him a chance to learn and grow and make friends in a safe and warm environment. Yet I face another obstacle: I am a single working mom pulling together what I can just to pay the basics. I cannot afford to pay for the special camp my child needs.
That is why I am writing here. I am begging for my child to have a chance to make friends. To learn what it truly means to be among Jewish children and learn to love being a Jew. To learn that there are people besides me who care about him. Please help me make this happen. I work so hard just to make ends meet and ask nothing for myself. I am begging for this opportunity to help give him an experience that will help him in uncountable ways.
I need to raise up to $5000 by July 1st 2018 in order make this happen. Any help is really appreciated even if its only a dollar.
