Help me get a Power wheelchair carrier

I have been approved for a power wheelchair.  My van does not have a place for a receiving hitch to attach a wheelchair carrier.  For my van, I have to get a receiving hitch that is bolted to the frame of the vehicle.  These are around $150. The carriers are around  $150 to $200.  I said 600 to  cover shipping and in case I have to pay someone to install them.  I also need to buy a threshold ramp  be able to get it into my house.  My husband is older and we are living in social security.  This is the reason for the fundraiser.
