Help Fund Alex's Gynecomastia Surgery

I am raising money to help fund surgery for my gynecomastia (enlarged male breasts). It first presented around middle school, and has persisted ever since. It has been a long 17 years and even at my fittest, it is too developed to lose simply through weight loss/management.

Why a GoFundMe?
Without GoFundMe or a similar campaign, my only options are to increase the amount of debt I have or continue to live with it. Both are unacceptable for me.
