Bright future for Liam and Marley

Everyone needs a little help sometimes. My little sister Megan is a wonderful person. She's a great mom and she has been so strong for her family through many hard times.  She is now on her own. She is a single mother of a beautiful son named Liam, and the owner of a precious Canine family member named Marley.  Megan now has to find a job and be able to provide for her family all on her own.  The normal bills of everyday living plus what ever financial surprises may come her way.  Unfortunately, her dog Marley is not feeling well. She has been to multiple Veterinarians in the few days.  At this point it is very hard for her financially as it is, and now to have the veterinary bills. This is really hard for her, and if everyone can give just a little, then we can get Megan back on her feet.
This is a beautiful family, and they really could use a little assistance in any way.
