November 8, 2018 my entire family, Bedsaul family, was displaced from the Camp Fire.
My parents, Ken and Karen, lost their home.
My brother, Matt, with his wife, Katrina, and four kids lost their home.
My brother, Joshua, lost his home.
My sister, Whitney, and her husband, Jeremy, and two kids, had their home spared but is currently unlivable.
My sister Morgan and extended family, were living at my parents home.
They are all safe and now waiting to figure out what to do next, and this is the small way I can help from Texas.
There are many needs, immediate needs, as they all left with just the clothes on their back. I am asking for support for my entire family, and specifically for my brother Matt and his family, as they are the most immediately affected. Matt and Katrina have four children, the youngest just three weeks old, and have nothing left.
The immediate needs are clothing, food, baby essentials, gas, and lodging costs.
Please help my family with the impossible task of figuring out what to do next, as will the rest of the entire town of Paradise, with whatever you can.
Every little bit helps them not have to worry about the little things today and in the days to come, and relieves them to focus on the bigger issues, like housing, and more.
