Lani Jacobs

This is Lani, my granddaughter. She has ROHHAD Syndrome. She is only the 76th person in the world to ever have this illness. She is now on hospice care at home. They have given her 6 months to a year to live. She is only 5 yrs old and already has a trach, a ventilator, an ng tube for nutrition, home nursing care, and a pacemaker. Her mom is a teacher and her dad works at Marvin Windows. 

I would like to thank everyone in advance for your help and support in this situation.

There will also be a benefit October 21, 2017 at the Gates community center. This will start around 8 and be an all day event. There will be BBQ, hamburgers, hotdogs, and a bake sale.
