Help for Cassie

Cassie Farley and her kids, Malikahi and Jonte need our help. Cassie was injured in an automobile accident. As of now she is paralyzed from the chest down and has a broken neck.

Cassie is the caregiver for her mother and sole supporter of her boys. Now she can no longer work and really needs our help.
