Friends of Eden,
All of us who know and love Eden know how important and special her son Gabriel has been to her. Parenthood has played such a central role in her life and yet due to the significant cost of the formal adoption process, she has been unable to afford to have the legal system recognize what everyone else knows in their hearts--that Gabriel is (and always has been) her son.
Given everything else that has been going on her life recently, we though it would be a special gesture from her friends to help her finally be able to take this important step. We believe that if we all pitched in just a little, we'll be able to give her a gift that would mean so much to her.
