Cosme Neles has been suffering from diabetes, since 1990, he has been on insulins and tablets for many years, but for the last 5 years, he was diagnostic with diabetic retinopathy(damage to the blood vessels). Cosme made 4 surgery on both eyes at the Boston Medical Center on 2017, on the last April 23rd the doctor said that he needs to do another surgery in the left eye, due to an internal bleeding. The insurance does not pay 100%. Cosme is not working because his been unable to walk or see a least 50% well he is spending a lot of money with these treatments, both of diabetes and the retinopathy, it's not cheap, he needs the help of friends and a good samaritan out there. He been helping the community for more than 15 years, now he needs your help. We will appreciate your help. Let’s give him a chance to see clearly again.

Cosme Neles sofre de diabetes, desde 1990, ele vem sobre cuidados medicos usando insulinas e comprimidos, porem a 5 anos atras, ele foi dignosticado com Retinoplastia diabetica ( Rompimento dos vasos sanguinos da retina ). Cosme fez 4 cirurgias, sendo 2 em cada olho, no Medical Cenetr de Boston, no inicio de 2017, foi submetido a cirurgia de catarata no olho esquerdo. na ultima consulta em 23 de Abril, o medico viu necesidade fazer outra operaracao no olho esquerdo, devido a uma hemoragia interna. Porem o seguro nao paga 100%, Cosme vem gastando muito dinheiro com esses tratamentos, tanto da diabetes quando a retinoplatia e para fazer essa cirurgia, que nao e barata, ele precisa da ajuda dos amigos. Ele e que vem ajudando a comunidade, agora precisa de sua ajuda. Quem quiser ajudar, nos agradecemos.
