Help build a house in Kenya

Two years ago I visited my friend's family in Oyugis, Kenya and was deeply moved by the struggles of the people living there. At the same time I was I was impressed by how hard working they are, especially the women. Seeing the reality of poor housing and sanitation made me feel like I need to do something to help. Because I can't help everyone, I have the urge to help my friend's family who hosted me for two weeks in their poorly structured house. I would like to help build them a better home.

Kaksi vuotta sitten matkustin Keniaan ystäväni perheen luo Oyugisin kylään.
Oli koskettavaa nähdä millaisia vaikeuksia ihmisillä siellä on. Samaan aikaan olin myös vaikuttunut siitä kuinka kovasti he tekevät töitä, etenkin naiset. Ihmiset siellä elävät hyvin vaatimattomissa ja turvattomissa taloissa ja sanitaatio on huonoa. Minulle tuli tarve auttaa. Koska en voi auttaa kaikkia, haluaisin auttaa ystäväni perhettä, joiden luona asuin kaksi viikkoa, rakennuttamalla heille paremman kodin. Jos voit auttaa tämän toiveen toteutumisessa lahjoittamalla edes pienen summan, se olisi hienoa. Edes yhden perheen olot paranisivat. Kiitos.
