Help Babies in Kenya!

Hi Everyone!
As some of you know, I have been working at Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya for the past couple weeks. I am currently working in the labor ward, where women come to have their babies. Typically, childbirth is done at home and mothers only present to the hospital if complications arise. This means that mothers coming through the doors are already in an urgent situation. Many decisions are made based on the heart rate of the baby (fetal heart rate), as it is the best indicator of fetal distress. This information is used to decide the next course of action, most often delivery via Emergency Cesarean-section (C-section). With extremely limited resources, equipment, and staff, the decision to take a mother to the operating room is not made lightly.
Currently, the ward has 60 mothers in labor at any given time, and there is ONE machine that can detect fetal heart rate and it is currently not functional. This results in crucial decisions being made using a method of listening with a primitive stethoscope.
I would like to purchase a medical grade hand held fetal heart rate monitor and accessories for the ward, and I am asking for your help.
This piece of equipment, which is so readily available in the United States, may seem small, but it will make the difference between the life and death of a baby.
