Help Andrea get to South Africa!

Hi everyone!
I am excited to share with you all that I will be participating in my first HOPE Singles Core this year - to South Africa! I have wanted to be a part of one of these trips for a long time and I am excited and grateful for the opportunity.
This service trip (run by HOPE worldwide) involves spending time in the various preschools in Johannesburg, engaging with the children and joining parent support groups. There will also be a chance to visit the local community and serve those there in need.
Most of you know that I am close to finishing my Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy here in Boston. Throughout the last few years as I have worked towards my degree, I heard of many HOPE medical brigades and trips happening - but couldn't attend at the time. When I read the description for this trip, it instantly resonated with me as an opportunity where I could utilize skills that I have developed in school - including running groups, using play as a therapeutic tool....and others!
I am hoping to fundraise enough (by August) to cover my flight, program fee, and other misc. expenses.
I would be so grateful for your help.
