Our femme needs your help.
As many of you know, Alysia's life is opening up in profound and incredible ways. She is radically changing her life so she can foster to adopt three children -- all under 5 years old -- in the next week.
Many of you have offered love, labor, and support in honor of these changes, and Alysia and her family are so grateful for it. I am stepping in now to also ask, for those that can, to please come together and help Alysia raise the funds to afford a new car that her family and her are in desparate need of.
Alysia needs to raise $7,000 in order to find a a car that is safe and working that can fit 3 kids and their carseats. Her current car is a two seater, and while she will trade it in to help cover the costs she still needs the extra capital to get a vehicle in good condition that can help her family get food at the grocery store, get healthy at the doctor's office, and get home after a long day. There is a used car nearby that fits these needs but she needs the capital to afford purchasing it.
The situation is decently dire so time is of the essence. To respect the children's privacy, little is being shared of the specific situation but if details are needed people can contact Alysia's chosen family.
