help a girl taking care of her nana

Hello! I'm a 29 year old young lady taking care of my 90,yr old grandmother for the last 6-8 months. She's a really sweet lady with a few health issues,being chronic arthritis and diabetes. Since I have been living with my grandmother her health is getting worse. Recently she had to take an ambulance to Portsmouth Hospital. I constantly worry about my Nana and pray for her everyday day. I'm currently on leave from work (last 3mo.) Tending to her until we find an at home nurses aide because iam not licensed. We are also waiting to receive a wheelchair through insurance. Iam raising money to help her & I out as much as possible during this inconvenient time of need/struggle. My nana is on a fixed income (social security) but they dint give her much and she jus paid taxes on the house. I have spent the savings I did have while being absent from work to look after my nana. I'm simply looking for a helping hand so that I can purchase a few cases of ensure for her,a months worth of groceries and also a few co-pays to her medications needed! I appreciate anything from the kind)hearted people generous enough to help out. Unfortunately my family is heartbreakingly dysfunctional an I have been going through this with my nana on my own. I'm a very strong girl but I would so grateful for even a little amount of assistance at the moment!
