My name is Alisha and I am good friends with Anthony Mish who has a huge passion for helping others, making people smile and most of all my Northwest Sports Teams! Go Hawks! Im trying to raise the money to cover material costs which is over $30,000 and to help him since his work truck and tools were just recently stolen and from loopholes almost all of it is NOT covered by insurance . It is a flatbed ford f350 white with load racks above incase anyone sees a truck like this abandoned anywhere .. Thanks :) ..If I raise more than I'm trying to I will be donating that portion to local charities.
Every year he puts together a huge christmas light show for Seahawk, Husky and Mariners fans. I love seeing the look on the kids faces when they hear the music start up and then the lights. I want to keep this going because he also sets up a food drive and does NOT charge for people to come in his house and see the winter wonderland that he and his family have created, but accept donations and donate to all kinds of local charities there will be close to 20 different charities and foundations. Also collectingfor a young girl by the name of Ellie Walton who is 3 years old and already had 17 surgerys on her head and brain. Most of her young life has been spent under the stress of chemo and radiation.
I am asking for help to keep this going, I know it may seem like much, but you can imagine what the cost of all the LED lights , waterfalls, electricity, heat bill for keeping the doors wide open in the winter.
The proceeds, will go to try and cover cost of utilities and cost of lights and and all other materials used inside and used to create displays like the giant Seahawk . I know he wants to be able to close off the street to traffic, which again costs money to pay for the street closure. Since they have multiple shows a night it makes for a better atmosphere for immediate neighbors and the viewers.
