Harry’s Borneo Coast2coast
Donation protected
On the weekend of the 30th June/1st of July my Dad and I will be cycling from coast to coast in order to raise funds for my Camps International trip to Borneo. I will be in Borneo for a month and whilst there I will be carrying out various activities, such as helping with ongoing community based projects, helping in a local school, tea picking, a five day trek through Borneo’s jungle, re-planting trees cut down by deforestation and spending time working in an orangutan sanctuary.
Camps international offer a unique chance to live and work as part of the community helping local people improve their living standards in a sustainable way and supporting various conservation efforts to safeguard the future of some of the world’s rarest and most impressive wildlife including orangutans.
The trip is self funded and my other fundraising initiatives have included selling dishcloths. During the coast to coast we will be cycling 140 miles over two days, from Whitehaven to Tynemouth.
I would be very very grateful for any donations no matter how big or small.
Thank you for helping me on my journey to Borneo.
