Hey Friends!
We are the Hangana's; newlyweds with a newborn and working in the misison field in Cape Town, South Africa. Kristal came from the States to marry the love of her life, and work in ministry. The unexpected blessing of little Abigail added another dimension of joy to our lives and now we are facing the daunting task of going back to America to sort out our visas. The visa Kristal came over on was intended to be valid until the spousal visa was registered, but sadly the law changed on the day she was entering the country, causing us to now go back to the states to apply for a new visa. The decision has been made from the government to deport Kristal, and they will not allow any grace for Desmond or Abigail to join. Due to this we need to raise funds for airfare as well as the American visa process so Desmond can join our family when we return to the states. Desmond will be applying for an immigration visa, since it is the only way he can stay beyond 90 days (and the process to sort out Kristal will take much longer.) We have been advised the deportation ban lasts 5 years, and so we will need to pray that we can resolve the situation from the States and ideally return to the country where we feel called by the Lord to minister. Desmond is working full time in a ministry and attending Bible classes as the Bible Institute in our town, while Kristal is a stay at home mom who is assisting several ministries from her home while she gets the hang of parenting. Both of us love the Lord and our work that we are doing here in SA but know we need to be sorted both morally and financially with our citizenship for us to be most effective and each earn income.
