Ring the Reformation - Hand Bells

Mount Calvary Handbells have been invited to participate in the 500 year celebration of the Reformation in Germany. Germany has been preparing for years to produce a eight city tour. In May 2017, our very own handbell choir will travel to Leipzig to participate in four of the cities. This is a prestigious invite. But we need your help! The handbell choir needs to raise $10,000 in order to have the handbells, chimes and travel accommodations to accept the invite.


We are excited and deeply honored to be asked to be a part of this historic celebration. Of the 65 partnerships established by the ELCA synods, only one survives today: that of Mount Calvary of Excelsior and Bethlehem of Leipzig. The handbell choir deeply desires to continue to build our partnership with Bethlehem, and you can help!
