Haitians & Americans For Tomorrow is a group established in 2016 in Connecticut post the devastating and catastrophic hurricane Matthew that took place in Haiti. We have a passion for togetherness and inclusiveness among all people living in Connecticut and around the globe wjth a shared passion in helping to build a better Haiti.
We are a collective group of Haitian and American professionals with various types of experiences with the desire to help by putting our minds together in an effort to alleviate poverty in Haiti; and help build a more thriving society. Simultaneously, through volunteering involvement, we hold cultural and family oriented events to empower communities in efforts to help uplift the less fortunate and provide them with the support they need through food service as well as material goods.
Every winter HAFT Inc. Engages in a “Holiday food giveaway” program. Around Christmas, impoverished families in the town of Bousquette are benefiting from this program where we provide them with rice, beans, noodles and oil. We are so proud of this program because we now know our people of Haiti are now able to enjoy a warm meal with their families on Christmas Day. We deeply believe by caring for individuals, we must also focus on their physiological needs. In this remote town, away from the nation capital and international resources, food are often scarce, therefore this program is extraordinary. Your donation will go towards our initiative to help our Haitian community as well as supoort our holiday food give away to families living in a small town of Bousquette, Haiti.
