HOUSE OF CHAMPS 4 Homeless Students

$3,250 of $20,000 goal

Raised by 28 people in 47 months
Did you know that nearly 1.26 million public school students were homeless this school year, with about 317,000 in high school, and 2,100 right here in Seattle Public Schools according to data released from the National Center for Homeless Education.
To bring awareness to these alarming statistics, Seattle's Garfield HS, College & Career Counselor and Head Football Coach, Derek Sparks is addressing this issue head on by opening the 'House of Champions' to support homeless students.

At Garfield HS alone, there are 125 students that are homeless and have no place to call home. According to Derek Sparks, their stories are heart wrenching.

The House of Champions is a unique pilot program that will not only house these youth, but also provide wrap-around services that will address nutrition, low self-esteem, drug use, mental illness and college readiness.

Team up with the 2014 National Football Foundation Coach-of-the-Year to make a difference in the lives of these young people.

1). Become a HOC ambassador by making a donation to this cause.
2). Invite your friends, family and business associates to participate by making a donation.
3). Continue to bring awareness to this issue in the coming months by posting to your social media sites.

Thank you in advance for being ALL IN!
