Grandma in trouble

I am 56 years old and have three grandkids, I live with them now and am being evicted from my home by my landlord in a no cause eviction. The only place I have to live is in my Motor Home. I cannot afford to rent an apartment or home as I can only work from home at this time. I had to have both my hips replaced and my left knee over the last year. I will have to live on my own as my daughter cannot help me she has her three children to move and take care of.
Because of the surgeries I have had to have over the last year the only job I could get is telemarketing and it only pays minimum wage, I can only get 25 hours a week, which is not enough to move with at all and would cause a burden on my daughter and her kids. Needless to say, it is hard for me to get around so this is my only option for work and a place to live. If I do not fix the Motor Home I will be homeless, living on the streets, and will lose my job.
The Motor Home needs a new head gasket, new battery, new starter, there is a problem with the wiring, and the waterline has to be fixed or replaced. I just replaced the refrigerator because the cooling element went out on it and it took all the savings I had.
It will cost $650.00 to move into a Motor Home park and $1500.00 to fix everything on the Motor Home.
I have until July 1st, 2017 to be out of my home or the landlord will have my Motor Home towed and I will be on the streets. After I get moved I can afford the space rent and utilities with the job I have, I just need help to get there.
Any help anyone can give would mean the world to me, it would mean I don't have to be homeless and my grandkids won't have to know that their Nana lives on the streets and they can not come and visit me anymore.
I hate to have to ask for help like this, however, I do not know what else to do. I am ashamed I have to tell anyone about this, my landlord has left me no options though. I have tried talking to him and he refuses to even listen. He says he is getting older and does not want to deal with rental properties anymore. I have always paid my rent and utilities on time but apparently, that means nothing to him.
I would be eternally grateful to anyone who can help in this situation. Again I am ashamed I have to ask. I have no choice. I would truly appreciate anything anyone can do to help as long as it does not put you out.
