Garfield Park Church Phase 2
Our Vision: Garfield Park Community Church will become a community center serving the diverse population of the Santa Cruz West Side neighborhoods and beyond. Our centrally located, accessible facility will be utilized daily to best serve needs of the community. We will become a community center for nonprofits and programs, activities and events.
The Need: We will transform our sanctuary into a flexible multi-purpose space with an open floor plan where we can hold everything from worship services to yoga, aikido, aerial arts, and concerts. We will offer table seating for banquets, receptions, and seminars. We will live-stream our services and presentations and host Ted-style talks.
Specifically, we will:
Remove the outdated pews and purchase necessary furniture including tables and chairs along with efficient storage accessories to allow for use for worship services, a conference-style discussion, or a wedding banquet.
Create a floor-plan and install flooring for multi-purpose use.
Purchase the audio-visual equipment including a sound system to allow us to be current in our ability to live-stream and record programs.
How you can help:
Donate as generously as you can. All donations to Garfield Park Community Church are tax deductible as we are a 501C(3) non-profit organization.
Spread the word! Share on social media including Facebook, Twitter and in your neighborhood groups!

"SAILING THE BOAT WHILE BUILDING IT" Some can give monies and some can also get involved as part of the TEAM GARFIELD has a QB with that of vision. Good to see 89 shares on Face Book. That the muster seed so this seed planted on the West Side of Santa Cruz. So many empty churches need that of the vision so held at Garfield. To all bring that of your own asset and partner with this small core to some faith based outreach the power of one, growing world wide to the power of many.
Overwhelmed with the love y'all.
