Google Settlement Transparency

The  Attorney General doesn't believe they should be accountable to the people of Rhode Island for how they have spent the $230 million Google settlement funds.  Just think of the school security measures that could have been purchased with that money. They are refusing to honor my Access to Public records request for free and are demanding I pay.  I have already given $3750 of my own money.  Now they want more.  Will you please help?
