Nicaraqua Childrens' Outreach

My name is Crys and I have been given the opportunity this summer to go on a mission's trip to Nicaragua. I will be part of a team from First Assembly of God that will be leading teens across New York. While in Nicaragua, we will be spreading love through the use of drama, singing, VBS, bagged meals for the homeless, praying for the children individually and handing out toys, shoes, and candy. 

I was going through a transition period of my life and realized that instead of only focusing on what I can do for myself I wanted to see what I can do for others. Support given for this trip would be a dream come true not only for myself but for others who want to make difference and give hope to those who need a helping hand. As we spread faith we will also be teaching our children compassion for one another. Living in the world today can seem dark but together we will make it bright. Our team will leave July 2nd and return July 12th.  If donations reach over my goal extra money will go towards another person's trip to join us in Nicaragua to help the children.
