Gloria Davis is a loving mother and grandmother who has been diagnosed with Colon Cancer. We as a community of friends, loved ones and co-workers are coming together to support Gloria in her battle against Cancer and to help her in this time of need. ALL proceeds from this account and spaghetti luncheon in her honor, will go directly towards helping Gloria with her medical expenses. Please help us in supporting an outstanding ambassador for the Albany,GA Metro-Area, faithful neighbor, fantastic friend, dedicated mother and committed business associate in her fight with Colon Cancer. Gloria is a true believer and friend to the world. It is tragic to know that anyone can schedule a checkup and immediately be admitted to the hospital with such a devasting diagnosis. Many survivors will tell you that their whole world was shaken up in the blink of an eye. Although, Gloria has been fighting a good fight in Phoebe Putney Main Hospital for over 8 weeks, with her husband and close family by her side, most of this time has been in the SICU through multiple difficult surgeries. Words cannot express the truth behind how hard Gloria has worked her entire life and just how much of herself she has given to many of us and the community. Nicknamed GLO by many of her peers, her caring and Glo-ing spirit has always served as a testament to the wonderful person she truly is.
