Raise the Barn!

$18,595 of $350,000 goal

Raised by 87 people in 28 months

Richmond's police horses are in desperate need of a new barn!

Currently they are housed in a barn below the Chamberlayne Avenue overpass, in an industrial ravine which floods regularly. Their stalls are constructed of cinderblock and concrete, and their half-acre “pasture” is comprised of gravel with not a single blade of grass in sight.

These hardworking police horses deserve a happier, healthier home…. But we have $350,000 to go!

Will you help us build a new barn for our four-legged crime fighters??

I love seeing the mounted patrol in the community and want the horses to have a nice barn to live in.
