Sabin Spirit Intersection Painting
Donation protected
Sabin Girl Scout Troop 45157 aims to earn the prestigious leadership Bronze Award by hosting a street painting on the intersection of 17th & NE Failing.
This project will create a community space, while slowing traffic and visually connecting Sabin School with the broader Sabin neighborhood.
In partnership with Sabin School & City Repair’s Village Building Convergence, the Girl Scouts will host a street painting event onSaturday, June 2 from 10:00-2:00.
These funds will help pay for the cost of gallons of paint, brushes, tarps, supplies, permits, barricades and general costs. In the end we will have a more bonded community that we helped create, because of the connections made over our journey, and the lasting friendships that it will have started throughout the neighborhood, as well as having a special space for the community to continue to gather. We are hoping it will also slow traffic by Sabin School as well.
We really appreciate the support and are truly grateful. THANK YOU!
