Tough Mudder Challenge

Donation protected
So, I have signed up to a Tough Mudder 5k on the 29th February 2020. I am possibly one of the laziest, unmotivated people ever, so this is genuinely going to be a huge challenge for me. (It also means that as my New Year's Resolution, I will be quitting smoking, or attempting to, so I can actually breathe while doing this).
So of course I have to do this for a charity, otherwise what's the point?!
I feel that this charity needs to be something that resonates with myself, so after doing abit of research on different charities recommended my friends and family, I managed to narrow it down to three charities.
I am a huge animal lover, so the first charity I have chosen is The Whitby Wildlife Sanctuary. I have actually used this charity a couple of times myself, and I cannot praise their work enough.
Secondly, I've chosen another local charity called Willows Lull. Willows Lull offer day and overnight respite care for children with life limiting illnesses/diseases.
The final charity I've chosen is The Rainbow Centre in Scarborough, another local charity. The Rainbow Centre offers an 'open door' to individuals and families who are homeless and at risk of becoming homeless, or anyone who is in need of help with any issues they are facing, offering compassion, support and hope.
There are so many charities out there that I'm sure would appreciate any donations, however I really did want to raise money for small, local charities to myself, as I feel it is much more personal.
Because I am so indecisive, and have chosen three charities, I am going split all my donations equally so that each charity receives a fair amount.
Of course if you would rather just donate to one of the three charities, then please donate directly to them yourself.
Thankyou all so much for any donations, and any support you can offer me! If you are not in a position to make a donation in money form, all three of these charities are always happy to receive certain items such a food, toys, clothes, bedding etc, so these could always be donated directly to the charities or myself on your behalf. As I say, anything is hugely appreciated!
Commence the training, and wish me luck!
Thanks, Gabbie x
