Get 18 year old Julia out of ICE internment camp

Julia is only 18 years old and has spent 4 months in an ICE internment center in Texas with children and other teenagers. She has family members in Western Mass, but 7,500 dollars needed to make bond for her release. This amount does not even include the travel expenses and financial support to be raised once she is out.  Legal support for refugees and migrants detained on the border is stretched completely thin and Julia has no legal representation. 
Julia dreams of continuing her university studies in the US: in her home country of Nicaragua students have been brutally repressed since April of 2018. Many young people there no longer feel safe to continue their studies or have the same access they used to.  Young Nicaraguans are amongst those who are fleeing deteriorating economic conditions and political and social violence.
