Charles Fitch has been Harassing 100's and maybe thousands of Victims online for the past ten years. Many have come forward about being stalked. Fox news covered this in 2013. Well the man has Not learned his lesson yet. Charles Fitch uses Youtube and many other websites to post harassing fake news. Charles Fitch makes fake police calls called swatting. Charles Fitch has broken every law in the book and yet because his victims all live out of state the local police do nothing. These online attacks have been going on for over 6 years.

It's happening more often, anonymous people on the Internet defacing Twitter accounts and sending nasty messages on Facebook.
Problem Solver Rob Wolchek exposes a guy who not only admits to being an Internet bully, he's proud of it, at least when he's hiding behind his mask.
The guy posts videos behind a mask, he electronically alters his voice, and people from coast to coast claim he's stalked them.
The mysterious man calls himself "eBay is a joke", a self-described prankster out to destroy his enemies. His targets are the people who make their living by selling things on the Internet, and he's freaked out a lot of people.
