The Gateway Battalion is dedicated to developing leaders through the support of our friends and family. The funds raised will be used for the training of our cadets, so that they may reach their full potential as students and leaders of tomorrow.
What will donations be used for?
Sponsoring the Gateway Battalion Ranger Challenge Team:
Competition against other schools across the Midwest in a series of mental and physical challenges designed to push the limits of their abilities.
Earning the German Armed Forces Military Proficiency Badge:
A decoration awarded to foreign military members by the German army. Cadets must complete a series of physical, mental, and skill based tasks in order to earn the award that they may wear on their uniforms for the rest of their military career.
Attendance in the Bataan Memorial Death March:
This is 26.2 mile road march through the mountains and desert of New Mexico honors the courage of those who suffered in the infamous Bataan Death March during World War II.
Providing equipment such as eye protection and ear protection to cadets who are in need of them:
