Gabriel Onoja Kidney Transplant

My name is Paulina Okorie. I live in Belgium. I have a brother who is in a critical condition. His name is Gabriel Onoja and he lives in Nigeria. Gabriel is suffering from a failed kidney and he needs a kidney transplant straight away. Every week he undergoes dialysis in the hospital. I contacted the health care in Nigeria and apparently the best place the transplant can take place is in India. 
Right now I don’t know where I can raise money to help him and I don’t know where I can find a kidney transplant. He needs urgent help and any one that sees this message, please help him. Any amount of money will surely be appreciated.
