Publish "Wendy the Whitebark Pine"

                                 I NEED YOUR HELP!                                       
I have my third book ready for print but need 4 thousand dollars to print it. Total cost of a finished book usually runs $10-11 per book and that includes everything such as illustrations, typesetting, design, photos, and editing etc. I get nothing for my time but  I don't really care because I just want to get the books out to the world. I sell the books for 13 dollars and at special events I will sell them for 10 dollars which means l pay people 2-3 dollars per book to buy my books. SO,  obviously I need to cut my costs and have looked at getting them printed in Vancouver but the cost is approx $4000.00 for 2500 books. 1000 copies will go to the Whitebark Pine Association and 50-100 copies go to the illustrator and other people who have supported me along the way.  I will end up with 1200 copies for myself  so I can sell and have 100 % of the sales go toward the next book in the series titled, "Harry the Hemlock".

I have tried numerous attempts for sponsors but because I am not non-profit I do not qualify. I can't express enough how non-profit I am. I do not make any money from these books. I am doing it because I am passionate about my dream of becoming a successful writer and want kids to have a better connection to their natural environment.

I really want to have these books printed before Christmas so I am really eager to get things going NOW! Basically I suggest making a donation of $20 dollars or more which will include the shipping and envelopes, and when the book is finished, I will mail it to you before Christmas, signed, and sealed with a kiss. I would need about 200 people to help...but even if I only had 100 people sign up it would bring half way to my goal and to you a personalized gift under your Christmas tree.
