Keep our electricity on

Our electric company would not extend our bill for us and they are going to shut it of if we do not pay it by  10/24/14. We wont have any more money untill the 31st so we would be with out electricity for 2 weeks wich would mean we would lose all the food we have left and my sisters newborn baby would be without and we just need that little bit of help. If you could please help us. We cant go 2 weeks with out electricity and lose our food.
