Friendly Farm

Friendly Farm is a family project that has become a passion for the boys and I.  We are working hard to become a goat dairy and we are on the edge of a successful soap business.  Wealso have developed a great way for the community to enjoy our woderful critters.  Children can come to the farm and learn all about the animals. 
Our goats are our babies.  All of the other critters are well loved as well.  Well, goats and sheep require a large amount of vet care  Over the last 4 years we have learned from the best vet in East TN.  She has taught us well and we are now able to take care of all but the most serious needs, with one exception, disbudding babies.  Disbudding babies is a painnful but necessary part of raising baby goats.  Letting the vet take care of this part allows the baby to be gased and not feel the pain.
We have a large vet bill and have been making payments on it but today we found out that the owner of the clinic, NOT our wonderful  vet will not be accepting payments anymore.  So, as of now we cannot receive ANY vet care or the medicines needed until we pay the bill in full and we need to have a cushion to pay for future services. 
We are very concerned with winter coming on, several different babies due, a few older animals, and the rescues that we do, that we do not have vet care.  It will mean so much to all the animals that we all love to have this critical issue solved as soon as possible.
