Fraud Whistleblower Legal Fees

Suspicious Death, Fraud Whistleblower

My name is Stephen Sinclair. I am a diagnosed autist, stock market fraud expert, and humble professional writer. I live in North Bay, Ontario.

I am currently suing members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police in small claims court for $25,000 for what I allege was my wrongful arrest for criminal libel and criminal harassment. After my defence lawyer, Daniel Baker, began a constitutional challenge, Crown Prosecutor James Rumleskie quickly stayed the charges.

Usually, criminal charges are only stayed when defendants enter plea bargains. I have never pleaded guilty. I have never had the chance to be acquitted at a fair trial.

Further, seemingly fraudulent activity connected to the Ontario Provincial Police continues, unfettered, and seeming financial motive surrounding the suspicious death of Nadine Antoniazzi appears to remain un-investigated, as the does the questionable investigation that was performed.

I began the process of suing the police on my own. Once I received a defence from OPP officers Yvan Godin's and Scott Wilson's counsel, it became clear that I would require the advice of a legal professional.

I have found such a professional, qualified paralegal Chris LaFrance, who has quoted me $2,400 to perform the support I require. Additionally, I expect to pay another $1,000 to $1,500 for expert witnesses and administrative expenses, including process servers, postage and copying, bringing the total to $3,400 to $3,900.

In addition to spending $290 on process serving fees, I have already paid my paralegal $600, leaving $2,800 to $3,300 unfunded, for which I am humbly to turning to my friends for help with.

If awarded any amount of money, I pledge to split the entire amount equally between four prominent northern charities, including the North Bay Food Bank and The Gathering Place soup kitchen.

Thanks so much,

Stephen Sinclair
