SAY NO FRACKING-OUR RIGHT to PROTEST

Unfortunately after listening to our legal challenge at the Direction hearing at the High Court on the 2nd October, the residing judge decided to uphold the IGAS Injuntion which states that any breach is a contempt of court which could lead to imprisonment, fines or seizure of assets.
HOWEVER......
We still have hope and we are working extremely hard to prepare to fight this Super Injunction.
We are very much aware of the precedent set and the implication this case could have on individuals, our HUMAN RIGHTS and groups not just within the FRACK FREE community.
It is paramount we get the injunction overturned.
We have been given the week of 10th December to prepare for a FULL high court hearing.
We are a very small Group of locals living near the MISSON IGAS well site and we are now desperately trying raise the funds to meet the cost of these High Court proceedings
Any donations, however small, to help with the costs of mounting this appeal would be greatly appreciated.

A Few weeks ago, without prior warning and in a secret court the IGAS company applied for and obtained a super injunction to cover 3 hydraulic fracturing sites. This injunction prevents the public from effectively protesting their fracking activities.
The injunction covers the sites of -
Misson Springs near Doncaster.
Tinker Lane near Blyth.
Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

Against all the odds a small group of local members of Frack Free Misson managed to put a full appeal together in the ridiculous time scale of less than one week.
The injunction served is for all 3 sites collectively so we are fighting on behalf of not only MISSON SPRINGS but also TINKER LANE and ELLESMERE PORT too.
As we are contesting this injunction at the High Court in London ANY donation to help with the court and legal costs would be VERY much appreciated.
Now, this isn't just about fracking at MISSON SPRINGS, TINKER LANE and ELLESMERE PORT, but it is also a fight to stop a very powerful company being able to take away everyone's legal rights without question.
THE IGAS INJUNCTION was timed to perfection as it prevented any LAWFUL protest at the exact time activity at the site increased drastically !!
We are now sad to report that in the last few weeks we have stood helplessly and witnessed the delivery of the SPUD RIG, CRANES, CONTAINER LORRIES, TANKERS, for the removal of toxic waste AND a huge number of delivery trucks as the company prepares for the start of drilling 24/7.
PLEASE DON’T BURY YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND and assume FRACKING won’t effect you.......if you don’t want to listen to what we have to say then please do your own research and make your own mind up.
