Tim & Katie's Adoption Journey

Hi, we're Tim and Katie!

We are raising money to adopt a child from Ethiopia. We're incredibly excited to be family for a couple of kiddos that otherwise wouldn't have family.

We've gone through the slow process of filling out paperwork, going through medical checkups, and obtaining the needed documents to complete our home study, which has been submitted to our adoption agency. Now we're just waiting for them to approve it so we can send it to the government. We probably won't actually know anything about our future kids for a while yet - which is a bit agonizing. Right now we're waiting for everything to get approved... waiting for the right referral... and fundraising!
