My sister Ashley was told she was going to be having two beautiful little twins, a boy and a girl many months ago. Recently she had been experiencing some unusual feelings and decided to go into the ER. Yesterday, she was told that she was having contractions and her body was starting to go into labor. She was given a lot of medication to stop the contractions and keep the babies in as she is only 27 weeks pregnant. She was transported by helicopter to a better equipped hospital in Arizona and the dr states she will be staying there until further notice. As of now, her contractions have slowed but she still has lost amniotic fluid and No one knows exactly how long that will be, how long she’ll be away from her kids, or how expensive this will all be. Gentry is the sole provider of this family as my sister worked as a school teacher assistant and was off for the summer. Their insurance is only going to cover a small portion of this journey and the twins birth and they have 3 other children at home who depend on them. With the unexpected early arrival of these twins, they face a large amount of medical bills while still supporting their family at home. Since Gentry is the sole provider of this family, missing work will put in a deficit to their monthly income. My sister and her husband are very humble people and give whatever their friends or family need. Right now they need more assistance than what they would ask for.
