Survival In Uncertainty

For 10 years I have been battling stomach problems and this has now taken a turn to affect my position at work. I am on an unpaid medical leave which will last until I find a new job . However because of this illness I not only have a mounting pile of medical debt, but I am very likely to lose my home. 
Please help me if you can so that I might keep my apartment and continue with the testing I need to determine the cause of my illness, and to recover my health and my life.
