Fix Luzerne County PA Potholes

Back Mountain roads in Luzerne County are car killers and becoming a danger for daily driving for the locals. County owned roads in which we are told don’t have the money to fix. Trying to raise whatever to help towards the funding to get some of these roads fixed. Main Road, Sweet Valley being a main concern.
