Fitness so they're (not forgotten)

Hello everyone, as most of you may know I am intending to join the Armed Forces. To do that I have to pass the selection at the Assessment centre in Scotland. I've been doing phisical activities such as running and attending the gym. With my selection upcoming on the 9th of January, I need to push myself to the limits even more and improve my timings on my run. I will be committing myself to two 5k runs a week starting from tommorow. When I first applied for the army this year I was rejected for a problem with my left eye. With continued support from my family I appealed the decision and won. With this in mind I want to push myself to new limits physically and mentally to be able to pass my selection in January whilst also raising money for an amazing charity called The Not Forgotten Association. In a nutshell the NFA provide assistance to any serving man or woman who is wounded, injured or sick and any veteran with a disability, illness or infirmity; whatever the cause and whenever it arose. Any serving or former member of The Royal Navy, The Royal Marines, The British Army, The Royal Air Force and The Merchant Navy, both Regular and Reserve Forces. PLEASE if you could sponsor me £1 it would mean so much to me and also the charity. As this charity has supported someone very close to me.

Thankyou for reading.
