A dream planted in their hearts 10 years ago, followed by an emotional journey which has been in the works for 7 years is finally approaching the finish line.
The Finstad Family have been in Zambia since September working on the final process to bring their daughter home but the finish line keeps moving. Unexpected delays have stalled the process and now approaching 9 months in Zambia. The court has recently granted formal adoption papers so they are now in the process of acquiring necessary documents (birth certificate, passport and Visa) to come home but are still facing delays.
